Angelena Swords Brocato
Angelena Swords Brocato is an accomplished actor, photographer, teacher, wife, and mother of four from Patterson, Louisiana. She holds a BFA in Public Relations and Theatre from Louisiana State University.
Angelena began her career in Los Angeles, working as a casting assistant and teaching children’s acting classes while actively pursuing her own acting opportunities. Her on-screen credits include appearances in NCIS: New Orleans, Leverage: Redemption, Revenge of the Bridesmaids, The Nine, and many more.
Now back in her hometown of Patterson, Angelena co-owns and operates the long-standing and well-loved Brocato Photography Collective alongside her husband, Lyle. In addition to her creative work, she remains a dedicated supporter of her local community.
Lyle Brocato
Lyle Brocato hails from Patterson, Louisiana. In 2001, he married his high school sweetheart, Angelena Swords. After earning a BFA in Advertising and Theatre from Louisiana State University, the couple moved to Los Angeles to pursue careers in the entertainment industry.
While in L.A., Lyle worked briefly in casting and managed the iconic Sunset 5 movie theater, all while actively pursuing his acting career. Eventually, he and Angelena returned to Patterson, where they built the Brocato Photography Collective, a successful and beloved business that has now served the New Orleans area and the local community for nearly 20 years.
Lyle is best known for his acting work in Revenge of the Bridesmaids, The Big Short, Bad Moms, A Bad Moms Christmas, This Is Jan, and many other film and television projects. Alongside their artistic endeavors, Lyle and Angelena are also recognized as accomplished photographers in Louisiana. Together, they are raising their four children and continuing to invest in the creative life of their hometown.
